We aim to ship your order on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm or the next day if placed after. Orders shipped on a Friday will be due for delivery the following Monday. Once your order is ready for shipping  you will receive an email to confirm it is ready for dispatch, when dispatched to the courier an automated tracking number will be issued. 

 

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery to the UK, unless next day delivery is selected, next day delivery orders must be placed before 12 noon.

UK Economy Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - £2.99. 

UK Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days) - £5.99. 

UK Next Day Delivery - £8.99.  

Free UK shipping on all orders over £99.  

*International including Mainland USA  (3-25 working days) - £11.99 - £28.99. 

*EU (2-25 working days) - £8.49 - £14.99

*Not including any customs tax / duty. 

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order

No, unfortunately we can only ship to the original address. 

 

Missed Delivery

Our courier will keep you updated on the progress of your delivery by email and/or text. If you miss the first delivery they will attempt a second time. After the second attempt your parcel will be stored at the local depot for 24 hours, if not collected it will be returned to us, extra charges will apply. If you’d like for us to re-send the parcel you’ll be required to cover the return cost as well as extra charges.
